I’m an Anxiety therapist in Los Angeles and throughout California. I specialize in helping adults manage anxiety, understand their emotions, and start honoring their needs without guilt.

We’ll start by exploring how your past and present relationships have shaped your patterns. We’ll look into how fear, guilt, and culture has contributed to emotional, mental, and physical stress. We’ll find the right tools that fit your unique needs - we may use worksheets, journal prompts, or in-the-moment body-based practices depending on what resonates with you. We’ll always work at your pace and I will always meet you where you are at throughout your time in therapy with me.
