I’m an Anxiety therapist in Los Angeles and throughout California. I specialize in helping adults who are tired of dimming themselves to stay connected to others through helping them manage their anxiety and create healthy relationship patterns- often for the first time.
I know how hard it can be to unlearn those patterns rooted into family, culture, or survival.
What Therapy Looks Like With Me
We'll start my slowing things down and help your body feel safer being fully you. Maybe that is noticing how stress shows up in your body, understanding where patterns of survival and protection are coming from, practicing boundaries in a way that feels safe and doable, and a rebuilding a sense of safety so you don’t have to disconnect internally to stay connected with others.
I'll be honest, kind, patient, and direct. I’ll be there with you, in your pain, your anger and confusion, as we explore weekly how to unravel what is yours and what isn't and ask for what you truly want and deserve.
We’ll go at your pace. You’ll never be asked to go somewhere you’re not ready for. The work is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in honoring your lived experience.
